"I
am a business graduate from the University of Minnesota. I've been
in the corporate world for the past 20 years. However, I've always
had a yearn for adventure after a college buddy asked me when I
was 22 years old if I wanted to go on a trip. When I asked him where,
he said Montreal (1500 miles from Minneapolis). When I asked Don
how we would get there and he said hitchhiking, that was the start
of my adventures. Being in the corporate world or any job for that
matter, you need to get away. I went where the phones would not
find me."
Jay Toberman in all his
working life has found time to do the adventures he writes about.
Having done local radio, television, community education and private
organizations, Jay promotes adding a little bit of adventure to
your life. Jay lives his philosophy of living life as an adventure,
not an existence.
